Quinto Senso Quintarelli-Schiavo


This Grappa, made from Recioto di Amarone, was obtained by distilling only the best pomace selected and dried according to tradition by the Azienda Agricola Giuseppe Quintarelli in Negrar (VR). We obtained this refined, young grappa that has a soft and full flavor. The aroma evokes cherry preserves, raspberries and mature red fruits. Distilled through the artisan system of low pressure batch distillation in copper alembics by the Schiavo family since 1887. This is Quinto Senso. Grappa produced in limited quantities.
