This Grappa, made from Sanzenel Amandorlato IGP, was obtained by distilling only the best pomace selected and dried according to tradition by the Azienda Agricola Cà dei Maghi in Fumane (VR). We obtained this refined, young grappa that has a soft and full flavor. Intense aroma, notes of dark fruit, blackberry and marasca cherries, cocoa powder, slightly herbaceous finish. Distilled through the artisan system of low pressure batch distillation in copper alembics by the Schiavo family since 1887. This is Quinto Senso. Grappa produced in limited quantities.
